Not just any receptionist, Coco Leigh’s front desk coordinator must demonstrate and perform excellenct communication skills on the phone through the computer and face to face. Must have an awesome personality always greeting guests with a smile. You are the first person the guest sees so dressing for success and having a leadership like personality is key. You must be able to multi-task, must be familiar wtih Apple Computers, Microsoft Word, Problem Solver, professional demeanor, Cash handling, Social Media Savvy.
Excellent customer service and communication skils
Must have sales or retail and Guest Service Experience
Previous membership sales experience a plus
Basic understanding of Apple Computers, Telephones, Social Media, Cash Handling
Positive & energetic attitude
Available to work flexible hours, days, and evenings must be available to work weekends
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide excellent Guest Services
Take charge of every Guest’s Coco Leigh experience
Schedule new and return appointments based on Guest preferences
Present promos, gift certificates, and retail products to the clients
Meet and exceed sales goals
Create and maintain positive working relationships with Team Members
Take pride and accountability in all aspects of your job
