Coco Leigh Hair Boutique is a community-based salon with a culture of caring for our co-workers, clientele, and the neighborhoods that surround us. “Hidden in plain sight,” we are a unique and personable salon that takes each and every guest’s hair and beauty needs into perspective to achieve the perfect look for him or her.

Our stylists make sure that each client receives a consultation at the beginning of their appointment. Our goal is to help determine what style or hair color is the best for the guest. After all, everyone’s needs and wants are different. We like to take into consideration your lifestyle, as well as face shape, hair type, and skin tone.  Having a 10-15 minute consultation is so important to use to be sure the client and stylist are in agreement on how the finished look will be achieved. On a side note, I have been working at Coco Leigh Hair Boutique for 8 months now as a part of the support staff team. Starting any new job can be intimidating at first, but as soon as I had my first few shifts, I felt so welcomed! All of the stylists and other support staff really took their time to introduce themselves and teach me everything I needed to know about the salon and the hair industry itself. Everyone here has great relationships with each other, which I think helps us all work together better. When any business has a great group of employees they are going to succeed together. I have first-hand experience seeing this happen. Our clients benefit greatly from the team element, and happiness of the employees.

At Coco Leigh Hair Boutique, we offer our stylists in house education as well as the opportunity to attend hair-based classes in places such as New York City, Boston, Las Vegas. Our inspiration and education comes from the industry’s leading artists. By offering stylists in house education, we are all able to learn about the new professional hair care products and techniques. We bring the trends to Harford County!

Having our clients able to recreate the salon look at home is an important part of their visit with us at Coco Leigh. We provide our clients with professional products like Redken, Pureology, Brazilian Blowout, Aquage, and Loreal Professional. During your visit, our stylists recommend the best products for each client based on their hair type, textures, color, and needs. Our goal is to have you feeling as confident at home as when you have left the salon.
